Twins Visit AND a Mixed Up Party!!

So my twin nieces (Kate and Lucy) came home with Ryan and I after Christmas and spent the week at our house. Not only does Maggie ADORE her cousins, but this way they were able to attend Maggie's four year bday party this week!

Since we had so much snow, the girls took full advantage and played outside every day.

 

 

It was made even better with the "snow slide" that Ryan created. We all took part!

That isn't where the fun ended. They got donuts in their pajamas!

Made shrinky dink bracelets ...

And played candy land ...

Then last night we got to celebrate Maggie's birthday. She couldn't decide what theme to have, so we had a mixed up party. Ryan called it Hello Little Minnie. It was a combination of Hello Kitty, My Little Pony and Minnie Mouse. I think we did a pretty good job of representing all three!

GG did a fabulous job of cookie decorating with the girls! (My mom pitched in to help too!)

 

 

 And GG did not disappoint with the cake. It was a pretty tall order ...

 

 The big hit was a purple tutu and light up wings!
