Summer 2005 - Add insulation
Summer 2006 - New roof (thanks to a hail storm, this was covered!)
Summer 2006 - New air conditioner
Winter 2007 - New water heater
Spring 2008 - New gutters
Winter 2008 - New dishwasher
Fall 2009 - New disposal
Summer 2010 - Addition onto the back of the house
Summer 2011 - New furnace
We feel very fortunate that we have been able to do all of this to our house ... blessed really. But looking back it seems like a pretty exhaustive list! I can't imagine what will go out next!
This morning they (Irish Air to be exact) came to take out the beast (a 30 year old furnace!) ...
They did a wonderful job and replaced it with this, much smaller one ...
Here's to not having to cross our fingers that the furnace will work this winter! :)And a sweet one of Mag sleeping on the couch Saturday. Maggie battled a fever most of the weekend and spent a good bit of the morning asleep on the couch.
And in case you were wondering ... the princesses are still #1. Here they are watching her eat dinner from the floor last night ...
