Headless Horseman

On Sunday night Ryan, Maggie and I headed to Conner Prairie for their annual Headless Horseman event. I have never attended this event as a guest. I have only worked the event back in the day when I told kids stories and dressed up as a crazy person. This was a much different experience!

We slightly underestimated how packed it would be on a Sunday night ...

We opted for the early hayride so it wasn't as scary. You aren't allowed to take pictures during the ride, so I can't show you the Headless Horseman himself!

We also caught a puppet show and Maggie slide down a hill (her favorite part and my worst picture!).

We all shared an elephant ear.

And we ended the night with an apple cider slushie and a pumpkin donut. That is my idea of fun!
