Things weren't looking good when at the first house Maggie broke down in tears walking to the door, BUT by the second house she learned that if you hold out your bag, they will fill it with treats. Things got better once she realized that! :)

The necklaces were an addition after we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house ...
When one bag isn't enough, grab a second!
The only way she could get to sleep was by putting her "bug" costume on over her pjs!
What a great Halloween ... especially because Ryan and I get to eat most of her candy! :)

what an adorable little bug! i love that she had to go to bed in her costume. it was so funny last year to realize how great halloween is for the parents, since obviously it's good parenting to eat the candy--save the kid from the cavities, right?! :) it never occurred to me before that my parents must have eaten our candy too. no wonder it didn't seem to last long! :)
